These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Maths Mastery Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our educational services and website.

2. Educational Services

We provide mathematics coaching and educational content. While we strive to provide the best possible instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific academic results, grades, or university acceptances. Student success is dependent on many factors including individual effort and aptitude.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our educational materials (videos, worksheets, guides) are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, sell, or redistribute our course materials without our express written permission.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site to access certain services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees for our services are set forth on the website or discussed during consultation. All payments are due upon receipt. Refund policies, if applicable to specific programs, will be outlined in your specific enrollment agreement.

6. Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other students. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
